Resident Program Associate (Activity Assistant)

Summary: Support resident engagement by assisting with daily activities, social programs, and meaningful interactions that enrich the lives of those we serve.

Volunteer Opportunities

Help us bring life, love, and laughter to our residents! You’ll be amazed at how much life, love, and laughter you’ll receive in return!

We invite you to join St. Gerard’s caregivers in bringing joy to our residents’ days. You may put in as little or as much of your time as you wish. Please consider sharing your time or talents with us!

Needs Include, but Are Not Limited To:

  • Escorting residents for special outings, walks, or other services
  • One-to-one visitation
  • Reading groups
  • Activities such as cards, games, puzzles, bingo
  • Sitting with the ill
  • Gardening
  • Music
